Refund free within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order.

The purpose of S and S is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within 14 working days from the day you received the products purchased on sandsitaly.it. The products to be made must be delivered to the courier within fourteen 14 working days from the date of their reception. The products can be returned by shipping the package via the courier indicated by the seller. Instead, it is not possible to change the chosen garment with another.

Conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal:

• The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
• The identification card must still be attached to the products;
• The products must be returned in their original packaging;
• The rendered products must be sent to S and S in one shipment. In fact, S and S reserves the right not to accept products from the same order, sent back and shipped at different times;
• We invite you to check the product before its use. In fact, we warn you that requests for return will not be accepted where the conditions of the product are altered (scratches, spots, split seams, etc.) even in the slightest part compared to those in which it was sold.

If you have respected all the required conditions, S and S will reimburse the price of the purchased products.
